The ISO 9001 addresses "quality management", through which an organization can fulfill customer's quality requirements with applicable regulatory requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives. Trueway was awarded the ISO9001:2000 in 2001 to strengthen its synthetic business operation capacity.
